Stage lights illuminate the fog like dragons breath, tumbling through stomping feet.
Thousands of faces gleaming with sweat.
Feet levitating as the drums pound.
Yellow
Saliva clings to my throat.
My heart, pounding as I cough with worried anticipation.
One final gulp.
My lungs burst, exhausting their fill of the mist.
My throat, separating itself with independence until,
Red
My ears rang in silence as my lungs hoarded the fresh air.
Shifting my eyes to check my mirrors, I see the driver next to me, adjusting the stereo, eyes furrowed.
Relieved, my eyes wander, blurring the empty road ahead until,
Green
