Roaming to Find Home

A Journey

By Atomic HistorianPublished 4 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

Home?

What is home you say?

Well, when you’ve moved once for nearly every year you’ve lived

Home is the roam

The roaming, not just from house to house

But the roaming that comes when arriving in a new place

Not knowing the challenges you’ll face

Home is in your heart

Home is the familiar

When all around you is new

It is your favorite music

While you eat your mother’s stew

Home is filled with fluff and fishes

Where you can express your deepest wishes

Home is where you make it

Where you can be naked

Where there is no need for pretend

Or pretense

Home is where you roam free

From the constraints of society
