Rise up, dear heart, and do not fear,
For strength and courage are always near.
Though trials come and darkness falls,
Your light shines bright and breaks down walls.
With every step, you grow and learn,
And soon your flame will brightly burn.
So rise up now, and do not yield,
For every challenge can be healed.
When doubt and worry cloud your mind,
And troubles seem too hard to find,
Remember this, dear heart of mine,
That you are strong and will shine.
For every challenge that you face,
Is but a chance to grow and embrace,
The power that lies within your soul,
To rise up and be made whole.
