Revelation

Divine Amnesia

By C. M. Norwood Published 3 years ago Updated 3 years ago 1 min read

New gods replace the old.

No one remembers their names anymore.

Never revealing themselves until they’re told— divine amnesia.

No one remembers.

Nobody.

Nobody remembers that they were— neither flesh nor bone.

No body nor mind— though they say mind transcends time.

Nobody remembers the absence, the void nor the infinite space.

Not mixed or adulterated— purely divine.

New gods replace the old.

No one remembers their names anymore.

Never revealing themselves until they’ve been told— divine amnesia.

No one remembers who, what or where they were before being— before.

Nobody remembers becoming.

No one.

Nowhere.

New souls forget.

New souls??

New gods are replacing the old.

No one remembers their own names anymore.

Now revealing & remembering a deeply buried truth—a divine revelation.

Nothing is new.

New gods were once THE old.
