Rest in Peace, Ozzy Osbourne

No noise now

no lights or screams

no torn-up nights

or haunted dreams

Just quiet breath

and slowing time

the weight let go

the final climb

You gave the world

your rage and grace

now rest your soul

in softer space

Not prince of dark

just man, now free

goodbye, old friend

rest peacefully

died today 22nd July 2025

Beautifully-written, Marie! The Oz man seemed like a sweetheart. Rest easy Mr. Osbourne.

Ozzy was quite the character. I got a kick out of Sharon though she really was the one who kept him in line. Good job in honoring him.

🖤 A hauntingly beautiful farewell… these words echo with love, reverence, and the deep silence that follows a legend's final bow. Ozzy wasn’t just the Prince of Darkness — he was a voice, a storm, a soul. May he truly rest in the peace he gave us glimpses of through his music. 🕊️🖤 #RestInPowerOzzy
