Many a man has sought the depths of this gym,

Assuming to pillage the gains from asunder.

Vivid dreams abused have sought from this Earth

Of what is palpable and of which instrument to use.

A barbell lies hither, a kettlebell roam thither.

Yet he who falls short of thy duckets,

And canst not pay thy debt

Out damned spot we say, thy must train by thy lonesome.

Vanities erected like guilty creatures where

Man may dwell hour upon hour in glancing finding

Not what he need to know nor wisdom neither,

Yet causing to unpack oppression bitter and

Making fools of some and errant knaves of some.

But so long lives an increase in appetite to grow

So long lives the gym like the winds of heaven.

People come to the gym to reap the rewards of gains.

Dreams motivate and drive us to use which tools for strength.

A barbell here, kettlebell there etc

If you can’t afford a trainer you must train alone.

Mirrors are everywhere and many people look at them gaining nothing

Some even feel more oppressed yet few do walk with heads held high.

But as long as there is a thirst for improvement, so long there will live this gym
