Better never than late,

That's what I believed till date,

How do you outrun the game?

Time is not your's to reclaim,

A late appearance became my norm,

And struck my faith in every form,

A nightmare I wished it was,

But all I felt was a sudden pause,

When I arrived too late for cause,

Truly it was one for applause,

Who could craft a moment so devastating?

One that is mine and continually heart-breaking.
