Life is a tapestry of truth & beautiful honesty.

All emotions in life should be felt, not numbed.

Life makes us happy, it makes us sad, it makes us weep, it makes us dance & sing with joy.

Ultimately, life is for living your real truth. Being seen for who you are.

Self love is the most important form of love. If you can’t love yourself and everything that has shaped you it is very hard to love another person.

In life you find mostly people live their lives as a facade. They are fake. They do not have real conversations about real things.

They air kiss, talk about money, fashion, cars, homes & all consumables.

There is little authenticity.

People are quick to judge & even quicker to hurt the wounded.

In my life nature is the closest I will ever get to God and my true self.

In nature I feel safer & happier than I do anywhere else in the world.

I feel more protected. More understood more at peace more loved.

There is nothing I love more than the sun on my face and the sound of the wind as it blows through the trees onto my skin and through my long hair.

This is my truth. Nature is God. Nature heals. Nature is real. Nature feels.

When no one hears you. Sees you. Feels you. Cares about you or even loves you.

Nature always will. So walk into the forest and reconnect with your true nature.

Sit by the ocean. Climb a tree. Meditate on a rock.

And just be.

Feel alive and sense the connection you have with the entire planet and each other.

Then maybe be kinder to people. More honest. More real. More authentic. More compassionate. Listen to the hard stuff which makes you weep.

Earth is all there is. Our true home for which we have lost our connection. Becoming soulless, vacuous, charlatans acting on some Global stage of one up manship & patriarchal lies.

Time to level up & feel the inner spirit, reactivate the inner child.

The truth teller. The dreamer. The doer. The be-er. The see-er. The life experiencer.

Be someone who feels. Truly feels. Feels love in mind, heart, body, bones but especially in their soul. The true source of love & light.
