Rebirth
A Crown Cinquain
Hope rises from ashes, and combats loss. - Michelle Liew
This poem complements Clandestine, a Crown Cinquain on loss written beautifully by Dharsheena.
*******************************************************
Ashes
Blown by the wind
Embers begin to light
From dust, something springs anew
Kindled
*******************************************************
Kindled
By loving hands
A soft voice stirs
A new soul, form true, is a balm
Healing
*******************************************************
Healing
Delicate steps
Each tread slowly soothes pain
And bridges form where walls were built
Mending
*******************************************************
Mending
Scars on hurt souls
They forge a bond anew
Through trust rebuilt, their strength combined
Stronger
*******************************************************
Stronger
Now than ever
Twin souls, rising from pain
Rise from the ashes, hands holding
Rebirth

Oh my, you executed this so beautifully! It was soooo powerful! So well done!
Lovely work. And “bridges form” - I like that idea a lot! 😊
Stunning & brimming with Hope! 💖
Ah, rebirth - yet many times it isn’t possible or it happens only to fall due to the original selfish person reverting to their normal behavior😢. Your poem is beautiful!
