something inside me
died tonight

another light
dimmed
and went out
peripheral pinpricks
of dark light
blink and fade out
forever
it was deal time
it was feel time
a real full feel
and then it was gone
no pop,
no fizzle
no sign
no smell
just this
empty in me
what used
to be
there was
still time
another
feel time
a real full feel
and now it’s gone
that thing that was in me
now its not anymore
of that i am sure
and now?
...not anymore
it was feel time

a feel full of real
and… it’s gone
