Ivan took Heidi out to the bush
Ivan had something for Heidi to see
Heidi thought this a little strange
but inside she felt a small brush of glee
Ivan drove off into the bush
telling Heidi it was all fine
ninety kays per on a dirt road

he pulled up round a corner
and told Heidi to get out of the car
“oh Ivan," she said "it’s so dark”

Heidi hadn’t read the papers

there was a serial killer on the loose
“it’s just over there” he said
and pointed off into the night
“leave your back pack in the car”
he told her, “it’ll be alright”
“oh Ivan,” she said "it’s so spooky”
and then she started to sob
jittery cries racked her body
but she didn’t shut her gob
“oh Ivan” she wailed “i‘m so scared”
and then she started to moan
“shut up ya silly bitch” Ivan told her
“i have to walk back on my own”
