A Poem

I am a rainbow of possibilities

That was previously a sky

Colored dark grey

With clouds of doom

And the boring sameness

Of trying to fit in

Until I let color in

Now a rainbow colors my sky

Bright and happy

Full of vibrant reds

Like a budding rose garden

Lucious purples

Perfectly placed tulips

Soft pinks

In a sunset colored horizon

Deep blues

As deep as the ocean

Bright yellows

Like bees and the sunflowers they pollinate

And enchanting greens

dotting the landscape of a forest

And I am full of love

Because of it

Full of the possibility of love

No longer hiding behind a grey sky
