Where did the stars hide when you were young?

Did dreams unfold like whispers in the night?

What stories did the old trees leave unsung,

And did their shadows dance in morning light?

What secrets did you keep beneath your bed,

In books unread or thoughts unsaid aloud?

Did hope embrace you softly, as you fled

From storms that lingered in a thundercloud?

Did laughter echo through your childhood halls,

And paint the walls with colors yet unseen?

What echoes linger from your youthful calls,

And how did you make peace with the in-between?

Did you ever wonder where the time has flown,

Or if the moonlight held you in its sway?

What lessons from the seeds that you have sown

Still guide your steps along this winding way?
