In a pond so calm and blue,
Lived a duck, named Quacky, true.
With feathers bright, and beak so yellow,
He waddled proudly, oh so mellow.
Quacky loved to swim all day,
With his friends, he’d splash and play.
Through the water, he would glide,
With every quack, he showed his pride.
On sunny days, he’d take a stroll,
Exploring the pond, heart and soul.
He’d chase the bugs and nibble on reeds,
Living his life with joyous deeds.
When the night crept in, stars above,
Quacky would rest, feeling the love.
Dreaming of adventures yet to come,
In his pond, where he felt at home.
So here’s to Quacky, the duck so fine,
In his watery world, he’ll forever shine.
With every quack and every swim,
He’ll bring joy to all, on a whim.

quack, quack, I love Quacky! Lovely rhyming poem!
Oh thank you so much. It was specifically written for the preschoolers.
Good work on the rhymes. I would use this poem in a preschool language arts lesson.
