Push every step of the way.

Pick up, push forward, not to dread,

Rise up, move toward, level head,

Lift up, held sword, fight back instead,

Raise up, tightened chord, sturdy thread,

Shout it up, at the ford, where enemies tread,

It was that constant readjustment, the sharpening, to refine,

To be distinct against your opponent, reinterpretting, to define,

To battle against the arguments, to conquer where gladiators walk,

As a lion against the savannah, steadfast, not mere talk,

Wrestle with the criticism, fight back, not to be shaken, nor to rattle,

As a conquer in the arena, as a triumphant champion over the field of battle.

It's a struggle, it's a conflict, not merely enemies, but friends and kin,

It's a struggle, it's a testimony, but the victory is ours to win.
