Puppy eyes

As you stand there,

Oh how I wish I’ll be able to understand you

When you look at me with those puppy eyes and warm me with your embrace

Im Am I really taking care of you like I should

Or

Am I missing the non verbal gestures you’ll hinting at me?

That seems to go way over my head.

If I had super power what would it be?

It would definitely have to be being able to hear your every thoughts!

To hear every bark,

To hear your every whimper and eventually

To look behind your puppy eyes.

I wish I could bring you joy and buy you things you’ve never known

Just so I can see your little tail moving from right to left

And from left to right.

Just to see behind your puppy eyes.

Would be a dream come true.
