Prove Them Wrong
Show them, you can do anything you wish to do

Prove Them Wrong
They said you couldn’t, you wouldn’t, you won’t,
Their doubts like shadows, their words a taunt.
But deep inside, your fire burns strong,
A quiet voice whispers: Prove them wrong.
Each step you take, though heavy with weight,
Is a step toward rewriting your fate.
Their disbelief fuels your steady song,
You stand your ground and prove them wrong.
Through trials and storms, you rise, you fight,
Turning their darkness into your light.
For in your heart, you’ve known all along—
The best revenge is to prove them wrong.

I've been writing poetry since the age of fourteen. With pen in hand, I wander through realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals hidden thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture your mind❤️

Exactly, but why must we in a way. Isn't this where compromise is needed. Good job.
