Red is the color, the color of my heart.
Running through my veins, it’s how life starts.
Yellow is the color, the color of my skin.
Such a beautiful color, it’s how life begins.
Green is the color, fierce and bold like me.
True to myself, being proud will set you free!
Blue is the color, the color of my eyes.
Looking from within, staying focused on the prize...
Such a beautiful creation, I am proud and full ol love!
True to who I am, giving thanks to the man above!
I wear these colors, and represent!
We are all special people, and heaven sent!

My parents gave me my first cell phone when I was twelve years old. It wasn't a fancy iPhone or anything, not even close. Just a simple black flip phone for when I needed to call or text them after school.
