Poverty is not a defect, but the miser is a defect
If he disappoints people
The poor man lives and the rich does not help him
So he calls him for needs, but he does not answer
And if he comes to his door, he says to him, "Go"
The poor man returns and does not get what he wants
But being far from him makes him pass
What he got from his miserliness is near
And he returns to him thinking that he will reach
What he got in his home, welcome
Reprimand pursues him and raises his voice
And if he returns, he reproaches
And frowns at him whenever he meets him at
his door, and in his eyes is a frown
And he says: All the family has been afflicted
With harm, and I am among them in distress
And he says: Do not return to me, for I
I am not able to help you, you who are distressed!
And if you come, I am a hungry dog
He fulfills your need and then rests
He fears the poor, but the rich does not give him
So the pain intensifies and he melts
About the Creator
Kisama Riyo
I have always been interested in poetry and essay, especially rhyme style, so I decided to post my essay here and see if I have any talent in poetry or not.
