Poured out, like a drink offering.

Gather water from the well,

Life then given from where it dwell,

Bring about, raise it in part,

Wisdom flows from the depths of your heart,

Speak a word, plant a seed,

Place a message, serve a need,

Silver sought, gold to seek.

Heard and gathered from words to speak,

Through soil where the seed could reside,

Heartfelt counsel, a place to confide,

Storms to come, earth to store,

Emotions felt, hear to pour,

Travel far, earth to tread,

What once was barren gives life instead,

Through the times of bitter sorrow,

We grow into the person to be for tomorrow,

And though the storm is where you dwell,

Pour into all you do from the depths of your well.
