“What is poison ? “

A friend once asked

“What do you consider to be poison?”

Poison is any incorrect decision, you knowingly have chosen.

Poison can be the ego of a weak hearted man.

Who willingly devotes himself to do the wrong thing just to the get the upper hand.

Sometimes it’s better to be the bigger man and not worry about the upper hand.

Showing fake personalities to impress

While you clutch your true self in the the other hand.

Trying way too hard to make sure everybody understands.

A man that loves to show off his success and does anything to be the best.

I get it too at times, I know the difference between being fake and knowing what you’re doing is right.

You don’t have to be egotistical to know that you can have anything you want in life.

Devote yourself to love and peace and come follow Jesus Christ.

Now you can have some peace of mind.

Or so you think that’s the case

Remember you asked “what is poison?”

What I’ve learned is poison is a thing that comes in many ways.

Everyone searches for power , right ?

is it wrong or right ?

Sometimes i feel power when write,

powerful and unstoppable and it keeps me on the track to write.

Most have a taste of power and their souls it just devours and they see power as light.

So now the powers in control as it takes you to the light.

Little did you know the power wasn’t light

you were caught up in your mind so far that you lost your sight.

Whats more powerful than power ?

It’s money, explaining this would take an hour!

Money runs the world

Without it you can’t do a thing

That leads back to the other two problems we are speaking about.

Money is the root of it all

A piece of paper and virtual currency brings you the ego, the power and money and then it mixes it all.

He says

“Don’t tell me there’s more”

I tell him

“I get asked that question a lot”

There’s a serious problems with making excuses

Making excuses to have something to blame for your laziness

For example

“weed is the thing keeps me this lazy”

In reality the lazy one is the person

blaming the weed for his problematic

Laziness.

Making excuses won’t make you change

Excuses will keep you the same,

As you lie to yourself to keep it maintained

Theres also a thing called Fear

Fear creeps by every corner, even if you think it’s far, it’s near.

Nearly invincible unless you decide to

Eliminate the fear.

Fear is a poison that holds back a majority of people

They hold back due to fear

Knowing there is only one life and yet

They keep that fear and grasp it.

I’ve been scared and fearful myself but I found a way to overpass it.

Fear will hold you back from being who you are

Thanks to that fear,

you unleash the poison called anger

Anger could be brought out by a certain event

It could already be boiling inside you and you can’t prevent

I asked him

Has there ever been a moment where you have lost your temper

So damn mad that you don’t seem to care

Pushed to the point of an event that you don’t like to share ?

He didn’t have much to say after I asked him that question

He told me he had to go and what happened next there was no way to prevent it.

I didn’t get to finish with the things I still had to say

Poison could be anything that a human doesn’t need

I wanted to get him to know how anger can lead to violent scenes

Violent dreams, visuals so real that what you thought was a dream, was reality

You start to confuse reality with irrationality

Looking for vanity, using profanity

So damn mad you are at the brink of insanity.

I wanted to get that out because I saw a change for the worse

and he was more than just a patient, as his friend I put him first.

Knowing that it didn’t work is what hurts the most

I want to write about it so I can show it doesn’t always work

As his therapist I thought I was doing good but it seems I made him worse

In a way I blame myself for what has happened

It hurts because I don’t know what I said to have this story end so tragically.

What could I have said, to have avoided another tragedy

When he asked about poison I didn’t think too much of it

The more examples that I showed him the more unstable he became

By the time we finished our talk, he did not appear the same

It seems that what I said really made him bothered.

He knew that my examples described the exact person that he was

He was poisonous

He was lost and stuck in a void full of hopelessness

He wasn’t the same after we finished our talk.

He went home to his family and grabbed his kids and then took them for a walk

Gave a kiss to his wife and she didn’t think much different, so she brushed it off

He came back with the kids but something was clearly wrong

He tied their hands behind the their back and acted like nothing was going on

The kids were surely strong

No screaming, no crying, no way to warn their mom

She’s not paying attention as she’s picking up the kitchen

He grabbed a bottle and smacked her so hard that there was no way that you can miss it

He runs to the kids and makes sure they don’t make a sound

The youngest one starts to cry

He taped up both of their mouths to make sure there wasn’t a noise

He brings his wife with the kids and tapes her up too

He knew exactly what he was there to do

He stabbed them all till they died and kept on stabbing after

So much blood around the room as he turns the house into a disaster

He picked them all up one by one putting them all in a separate bag

He disposed of them quickly in the graves he had dug in the back

His house was well guarded and full of cameras but he wanted to be caught

He made sure the cameras got it all

He wanted me to see how he killed his family

Smiling at the camera, like nothing happened happily

He took off shortly after burying the kids

He didn’t stop there, he went into his parents house

He killed them too but in a way they couldn’t shout

He shot them while they slept, with a silencer so it didn’t make a sound

After that he disappeared and there was only one thing he left to say.

“This is what I’ve chosen”

“After all”

“It was you who said”

“I am the poison”
