it's amazing when you really think about it.
That we can make an inanimate object sing. That we can give it a voice, bring it to life. Music is a gateway to peace, power, encouragement , solace, and inspiration. It expresses emotions, strings thoughts , gives us wings to soar or plummets us to the ground, all without a single spoken word. It's a world language, used across the earth for peace, unity, power, encouragement , solace and inspiration. An international common denominator amongst all peoples.
We all sing and play, laugh and cry to notes lifted high towards the heavens. We communicate through music, because it becomes a dialect to all. By next year I'll have five languages to use, but music will still be my favorite language. It transcends words and not a single word is required to touch a heart. Music is a love language, an indescribable feeling captured on the breeze of song.
We use the breath in our our lungs given to us by God when we sing. We use His given talents to play instruments. David was a shepherd, a king and a chief musician who knew where his strength came from. " Got a harp in one hand and a sling in the other, for the battles I fight I fight with these , got a flock on the hill but the Lord is my Shepherd, I have all I need." The CEO of Everything
They say "jack of all trades, master of none," but they forgot to mention the part where the jack of all trades is also the camera woman, the makeup artist, and the person currently yelling at a tangled Wii microphone cable in a her own bathroom while recording herself singing and trying to make it look realistic and professional. (As professional as you can make it with nothing but a cell phone camera and a mic that doesn't work)
