The Tale of the Two Moon Moth
Photo by Vladimir Kramer on Unsplash
Echoes and shadows spool around the flutters of a Moth gifted two moons
Cascades of gilded new-age blues cast out in long and lacey circadian nets
Lattices spun to coax celestial rocks from hardcore mantels
Instinct concrete in its mandate that one moon must move
Poor paper-winged Moth. It is not within it to choose
Spoiled, Moth grows ragged between the limed light of the two unshakable moons
Evermore confined inside a cage of withering blues

Congratulations on TS!
Full of imagery and easy to picture, I like how this take has a life at the centre of the eclipse. “ limed light of the two unshakable moons”- great line Caroline 👏🏾
