Photo-Boothing
… laughing at contortions
Photo-boothing - laughing at contortions,
stretching a familiar disposition.
Elastic features, pulling on proportions
taken to the edge of recognition.
.
Photo-boothing - shaping new expressions,
suggesting what a thousand words can't say.
Staring down the lens of true confessions;
cautionary tales, with lessons thrown away.
.
Photo-boothing - nodding at a mischief,
flirting with a flame, putting on a pose;
masking the sadness, disguising the grief;
holding the moment that's gilding the rose.
.
• Pictures never lie - that's a paradox,
• that develops deep within a black box.
