A Found Poem

I fall down,

Allowed to be overwhelmed-

Slowly, slowly

I get up.

What does Help look like to you?

I walk

One hope at a time

(Do what you can)

Be calm in your heart.

We did a team building exercise today: composing a 'found poem' from the words surrounding ourself during the work day.

Since we support book and comic store employees and owners in crisis we all have a plethora of words available in our workspaces.

Like a human 'AI' bot I scanned the various post-it notes, posters, and printed manner around my desk and pulled out the poem seen above.
