Maybe Someday

in the odeepest depths,

of our souls,

exists the desire to be perfect,

yet we are not,

we weren’t meant to be!!

perfection is a virtue,

exceeding the normal;

we’re all normal, mostly,

perfection requires,

multitudes of deliverance,

a trait reserved for those worthy of,

who lacks negativity,

in the positive mind??

not any of us,

we all fail the endurance test!!

look,

see the value of,

minds in suspension!!

see the worth of,

souls in repent!!

see the detention of,

moments in awe!!

see the quest of,

generations without direction!!

alas, we know where the future unfolds,

we know where the treasure is hidden,

searching for today,

we know,

life is without age,

as we search!!

another journey to the center of the mind, thank you for reading 👍

Profound and poignant. If we were perfect, there'd be no need for God.
