begin and end the same ways
summer, spring,
hypnotised again
falling into your eyes
of hazel sunrise

awakening in satin arms
the softness of brushed cotton charms
winter, fall
equally enthralled
exchanging tender kisses
of granted wishes

sublime perfect nights
spent surpassing ecstatic heights
minutes, years
abandoning fears
for the perfect simplicity
of true love’s intimacy
