Parenting and Earning with Limited Time
Is hard, builds frustration, and triggers anger

Anger is bad.
Avoid it, they say.
Easy to advise —
hard not to fall prey.
You need money to raise children.
You need work to earn that money.
Work needs time.
Children need time too.
It’s a sticky situation.
There’s no easy solution.
The pressure builds up.
Anger becomes the outlet.
It’s sad how modern parents
have no one to help them
in such a critical task.
Earning may be easy for some —
but not when you
try to do it ethically,
like writing or caregiving.
I wonder,
how do others juggle
parenting and earning
without falling apart?

I am not a parent, but at one time I helped my sister care for two young children, so I was a caregiver for a while deciding to go back to school to become a teacher of young children that turned out to be a nurse caring for the elderly that is now a writer as well as a new transcriptionist working from home earning a living so that I can retire fully one day. Good job.
