Pardon?

Not even, I'm sure, for sure!

i get listened to and ignored

in the same breath

you think i’d be used to it

but i aint quite got there yet

i don’t know where i’m going

i don’t know where i’ve been

i’m not even entirely sure that i saw

all that i think i have seen

fecund dripping expectations

drunken precocious proclamations

beady squint eyed insinuations

erratic seminal emanations

parasitic

prismatic

prehistoric

plasmatic

are you with me so far?

Wendy knew…

well anyway

as i was saying:

a sudden intake of breath

a quick yet sure and steady grip

is it a gasp or or a grasp

neither of which you should let slip

my directionless meandering

bouncing from problem to issue

with a graceful

almost practiced ease

from the

infinitesimal

to the

gargantuan

it's all relative

on a long enough timeline

somewhere

parasitic impositions

unhealthy inclinations

and a guarded apathy

(it was at this point i stepped away from my computer in a vain attempt to allow the words i was grasping for to appear and reform somewhere between my subconscious and my fingertips. Nothing was immediately forthcoming so i put my brain into neutral and let it glide down the next few hills that thought, to thwart…me! My emissions were down yet my spirits were up – strange i thought as i pondered this present i found myself in. i wasn’t exactly sure, but i was prepared to go with it for whatever it was worth.)

This is really interesting and has this maddening tone behind which I really like.. although I could have the meaning all wrong, but it’s the feel of the thing! Terrific and intriguing writing!
