Heartfelt words unspoken, true feelings hidden, deep thoughts unshared
But what was felt was known subconsciously by the pair
Careful as not to be the first to expose such vulnerability
For that could greatly change the dynamic or the unforeseen destination tremendously
Mingling and mixing in each-others happiness while ignorant of the passion from the other, it seemed as if nothing could break the bond of their invisible tether
With all of their what ifs, and maybes, and practicing for the one-day feelings shared verse, they were unaware that their emotions mirrored each other like that of a parallel universe.
