April is here
For I love the sound of water
That crashes to the ground
Creating a song from mellow precessions
Upon hitting my windows
The day-rain
In a forest of life
To all that echo the sound
Of the shallow falls
Made by the down pours
Of the promise falls
Where one drinks
For all wishes to come true
Hydrate and refresh
When looking up
At the water falling
Hitting my face
Bringing a smile of joy
Twirling and spinning
Drenched from the tears of the sky
Dancing with the rhythm of the approaching night
For when the sun sets
I stand and stare
With the arrival of the moon
As bright and big as the eye can see
To make me hum
And chime with the slight wind
Sharing another day
In paradise
