Growing old together, held hands blissfully

House becomes home, shared heartbeats echo an eternity

In the ruins of broken hearts, echoes of what was

Joyous creativity, once destiny, is all that we have lost

Kept alive as memories, etched into my mind

Loves lingering remnants, bittersweet over time

Music she wrote and sang to me, a serenade so bold

Nurturing this broken heart, fairy tale ending left untold

Opulent visions painted vividly, our souls entwined

Picturesque confessions whispered, a tapestry designed

Questions linger, unspoken in time and space

Revelling in moonlights glow, a connection we embrace

Silhouettes of laughter, a dance with the sublime

Traces of our odyssey, frozen in time

Underneath the stars, where our dreams took flight

Verdant serenity, mountain walks in sunshine bright,

Wandering jovial souls creating magic - artistry divine

Xanadu of emotions, lovers deeply carved initials enshrine

Yearning for infinity, our souls redefine

Zeal in hidden alcoves, love and lust, no longer they align
