Our Lips Say Good Morning with a Kiss

Poem

We sit together at the table, sizing up the day, agreeing it'd be time better spent to melt together instead

two mugs, one filled with coffee and the other with green tea, sleepiness still lingering as we chat softly

these are my favorite moments, you and me and the easy way our hearts find one another, slow dancing through the tiny moments of our day

let's hit pause, slow down and just melt into one another, the world and all its rushing will be there later, this moment is ours and it's Sacred

I love the way you smile over a big cup of coffee, that little hint of sleepiness still holding on

you look so content, so happy, and the moment feels so good

let's catch our breath, give our souls a chance to hold one another as we scoot closer together ourselves

I kiss you in that way that only morning kisses can ever be done, gentle, easy, and with a hint of a morning fresh chill just right for some shivers

Morning smiles are like sunrises shining a special and precious kind of warmth over the whole day

I see you smile all the smiles you do through the day and each one gives me that falling for you feeling darlin

I kiss you in that good morning way, gentle and easy with passion tucked in

all the feels in a single kiss, and so much

I see all your smiles and love each one for what they mean and because of how much I feel for you

these are my favorite moments, you and me and the easy way our hearts find one another, slow dancing through the tiny moments of our day

I lean in close and smile at you, our lips say good morning with a gentle and easy kiss with passion tucked in

let's have some coffee and green tea, hit pause, and start the day right
