Oneness
Twin Flame/Soulmate
I crave the oneness
Which has nothing to do
With being alone
Reaching across the veil
And through the mists of time
Through millions of years
Two hearts beating as one
Two sets of lungs breathing as one
Four eyes seeing as one
Two souls dreaming and loving as one
Two become one
I crave that oneness
And a love so deep
That I ran from in fear and youth
And suddenly, you are here
In ways that I never expected
Unexpectedly, gratefully, joyously
My heart soars in recognition that
We are one.
