We stop at the gas station before we leave. Just to make sure no one had to use it right when hit the road. I used the bathroom just for safe measure. It’s the worst thing to have to use it when you’re well into the trip. A guy in there dropped a few dollars on his way out. Free snacks for me. I walked around the store and got some chips, snack cakes, and a drink. Dad filled up the car and we were out of there. There is so much road in front of us. Bon voyage y’all.

5. Another peaceful road trip is underway. Dad’s been driving for about 2 and a half hours. Nobody wants to drive 5 hours straight, so obviously it was time for a little rest break. We take the next exit and head to the gas station. It was close to a few fast food shots. I had been holding it for the past 20 minutes. So the moment Dad parked the car, I hopped out and ran to the restroom. After that we got a bite to eat before we got back on the road. Almost 3 more hours until we arrive.
