Old Photos

Memories are found

remembering who, what, when

where were we headed.

*****

Whose the one who takes all the photographs in your family? Do they use their phones or do some still use a camera like a Kodak or even a Polaroid camera. When looking at all those old pictures of family and friends with the red eyes what do you suppose that we were thinking did we really want our picture taken then or what. True it is a memory of sorts but not everything had to be recorded for prosperity but was still placed all together. (Photo album)

I fondly remember Polaroids, Mark. My mother was the main photographer. Now, it's my oldest daughter.

In my family I am the one who's taking all the photos, and also the only person missing on them XD

Every time I come to your page, your writing grounds me. The simplicity was charming. The bare bones, brought clarity. You were guiding us towards our: who, what and when. To an open discussion that could lead us to something worth remembering. My family was too dysfunctional to talk about, especially when it relates to photographs. We had little to none of those. Lol. However, I really do love what you were going for here. Fantastic work as always Mark 🤗❤️🖤
