Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.

Welcome to Vocal+ I know there’s a lot of anxiety around this kind of thing, and you outlined that in a very creative and captivating way. The vocal team is very fair and they do reward hard work, creativity and uniqueness. As long as we help to support each other and you’re consistent without pushing yourself too hard, everything will be alright I promise. ( the reason why I say don’t push yourself too hard is because I don’t want you to burn out, I want to see you blossom and grow as you already are- a nod to your Top Story achievement) I love your work and will always continue to love your work.
