Oh mighty ocean, vast and blue
Your depths and secrets known by few
Your waves and tides, a constant dance
That lulls the world into a trance
Your power is felt by all who see
Your endless beauty, wild and free
The way you crash upon the shore
A sound that we cannot ignore
Your creatures, great and small, abound
In every corner, they can be found
From whales and sharks, to tiny fish
Your life-filled waters, a bountiful dish
Your mysteries, too, are endless still
Like ancient tales that time can't kill
Of hidden islands, lost at sea
And treasures that wait for discovery
You've seen the world in all its glory
And held the secrets of each story
You've seen civilizations rise and fall
And watched as empires stood tall
You've been a muse to poets, too
Who've written odes and songs for you
From Keats to Frost, they've sung your praise
And tried to capture your endless ways
Oh ocean, you're a force to behold
A true wonder, that never grows old
We'll continue to seek your majesty
And marvel at your vastness, endlessly.
