Pillow,
you synthetic, polyester, down feathers,
beautiful memory foam thing,
your natural cotton, wool, bamboo,
hypoallergenic highly durable wonder of comfort
fills my sleep with glorious dreams of fanciful delights
i hold you close to my beating heart
i snuggle you gently to my cheeks
i cuddle you close to my breasts
while i close my eyes and delight in your soft satiny touch
how tenderly you soothe and ease the kinks from my pent up
shoulders
you complete me at the end of the frightful days
you make everything so much better
i cannot wait for my day to end
for then i hurry home to your sweet caress
i hold you close and breathe your lavender scented mist
then all is well, dear pillow
for to gentle sleep you then lull my tired soul
my pillow has now brought me
my tranquil, peaceful sweet repose
goodnight dear world
i bid you adieu and goodnight!
