Odd little things in the morning, day, and night

Peculiar little creatures thought about by candlelight

Known to me, less than half, all others only whisper

Dual natured beings, tragedy and exult, like yinyang sisters

They disappear before even a chance to hear

Perhaps this is to prevent tears?

***

Odd little things you pester me so

Dashed dreams, fights, and a dreadful row

Glamorous times in London city

Beginning at school and undone homework –oh what a pity!

All the while working and challenging to develop an emory

These odd little things are sometimes called memories

***

Some pen to paper and others untold

These odd little things, you surely do flow
