Now
On attention, contact, and what’s already here

Now
Now is not a moment.
It doesn’t arrive or leave.
It doesn’t pass.
Now is what’s here
before I decide what it means.
Before memory reaches back.
Before hope leans forward.
Before the body braces.
It’s the breath
already happening.
The sensation
already honest.
I don’t enter now.
I notice I never left.
Nothing to grasp.
Nothing to solve.
Just this—
awake
without needing to be certain.

Author’s Note:
This piece came from noticing how often we search for clarity while standing inside it. “Now” isn’t something to reach—it’s something we return to, again and again, without force.
About the Creator
Flower InBloom
I write from lived truth, where healing meets awareness and spirituality stays grounded in real life. These words are an offering, not instruction — a mirror for those returning to themselves.
