A nonet form of poetry on the seventh of November
“Thankful”
Now we signed our will with witnesses.
It’s gratitude for the small things
and especially you Boo,
like how much I love you!
We laugh together,
we cry for her.

Nonet poems are nine-line poems with a specific syllable count for each line. This poetic form appears to be influenced by the music term nonet.
The nonet poetic form is simple. It’s a 9-line poem that has 9 syllables in the first line, 8 syllables in the second line, 7 syllables in the third line, and continues to count down to one syllable in the final (ninth) line.
The word nonet is used for a group of 9 performers or instruments. So I’m assuming this is one of those poetic forms inspired by music. Writers Digest, ROBERT LEE BREWER.

Rules for writing palindrome poetry: You must use the same words in the first half of the poem as the second half, but Reverse the order for the second half, and Use a word in the middle as a bridge from the first half to the second half of the poem. At first, the simplicity of the rules made me feel like this would be easy enough to do, but I ran into problems almost immediately. For instance, you can't start the poem with the word "the" unless you plan to end the poem on the word "the."
