Nourishing both heart and soul,

Is a task that makes us whole.

For the heart, love is the key,

To keep it strong and free.

Love comes in many forms,

It can weather any storm.

From family to friends so dear,

Their love brings joy and cheer.

But for the soul, there is more,

Than just love to explore.

Spirituality, nature, and art,

Can all play a vital part.

Through meditation or prayer,

We find a sense of peace and care.

And when we immerse in art's embrace,

Our souls are nourished with grace.

So let us seek both heart and soul,

And make them our life's goal.

For in their strength and beauty,

We find a life filled with unity.
