Not Love Just a Need

Hunger not for Touch

Hunger not for Touch

1.

Mold me from moon dust,

shape my soul within your hands,

break me, build again.

2.

Splinters of our past,

scattered whispers in the dark,

you still breathe in me.

3.

Not love, just a need,

like a habit left untouched,

etched into my skin.

4.

Mirror, don't reflect,

let me shatter in your gaze,

I am used to this.

5.

What's a dream to fate?

I hold you yet let you go,

a wish left unheard.

6.

Hunger not for touch,

but for words that stay behind,

soft, like autumn leaves.

7.

Even if we end,

let my shadow walk with you,

half of me remains.
