No time to waste
In times like these
Must take action with haste
Or those urges I'll please
To hurt myself is not good
But that's what I'm being told to do
By those voices and my mood
As I am feeling extremely blue
The voices are loud
And fighting them isn't easy
They sound quite proud
In making me queasy
They want what they want
But I'll try to fight them
They shout and they taunt
However the voices I'll condem
To the back of my mind
And focus on hope
Hopefully then they'll have resigned
And given me some scope
To focus on the things I can make better
On positives and good stuff
Which is the reason for this letter
To show the voices enough is enough
