--==--

Struggling expression

Idolatry of the soul

Litigated chaos

Ensconced in false control

Neverending trepidation, taints creative tone

Childish cajoling, the fear of the unknown

Endless perfectionism, cannot exsanguinate a stone

About the Creator

Addison M

Artist & writer, although those may be potent terms for what I concoct. A spirited creator may be more apt. Spreading my particular brand of asinine insanity to the masses.

    I love how this poem keeps us grounded. I love how it shows me that there’s no need to aim for perfection because it kills creativity, that we shouldn’t write purely for the notification, because if we do, our wells will dry up. Sorry if I butchered your poem of wisdom. But this piece will continue to be one of my favourite, there are some true gems in this, some advice that are unmatched.
