No One Like You

There isn’t anyone in this world like you,

That makes me feel the way you do,

We crossed paths for a reason or two,

Being with you, has made me feel new.

The sun is warmer and the air is crisp,

The sand is soft, feeling the ocean mist,

A man so amazing, making it hard to resist,

Oh dear, oh my... thank God that He has persisted.

Such a blessing that came from the ruins,

My heart fluttering because he was pursuing,

Not knowing what to do, my mind was confusing,

Confused about lusting for a superhuman.

Sounds odd enough that he would want me,

When he can have anybody,

I am glad that we came to be,

And now, we are not just “us”, but are a “we”.
