No Love Like a Cat's Love

Because what's a better story to write than one about a cat?

Don't pretend you can't hear my footsteps as I approach you

I know you can smell me, I just came out of the litter box

Don't wrinkle your nose at me, human! I saw that!

I lick my lips and taste remnants of food

I jump up onto your lap and curl up, feeling warmth seeping into me... I know you like it too.
