Nika's Kitten Army

A Barrage of Fluff

By Luke WoodruffPublished 4 years ago 1 min read

There was a young girl who walked the great plains,

Picking and smelling her flowers.

She talk to the deer and pet the great bears,

Even when it rained in huge showers.

She offered her comfort and offered her love,

Gathering her animals around her.

And if she was feeling a bit melancholy,

The woods are where they all found her.

Now one day an evil moose, who was up to no good,

Rammed a poor baby koala.

He dug in his horns and killed the poor bear,

And Nika could hear his poor holler.

Now Nika was nice and Nika was kind,

Unless someone messed with her babies.

And the fury that burned in her pretty blue eyes,

Was now one that resembled rabies.

She whistled aloud and called for her army,

Summoning them all to the call.

And from in the forest came millions of kittens,

Prepared for revenge without stall.

She set them to attack on the big evil moose,

And he ran but only in vain.

For the kittens overcame him and devoured his flesh,

Leaving bones and not even a stain.

From that day on no one dared ever mess

With Nika or any of her friends.

For she had at her call an army of kittens,

Who would put someone's life to an end.
