This is my New Year’s resolution
New Year, New Me 2025
Trainers on, it’s time to go,
Step by step, I’ll take it slow.
Healthy meals, no more fries,
Smaller portions, watch the size.
Early walks, a little jog,
No more sitting like a log.
Weights and stretches, moves so fine,
This new year’s plan is truly mine.
The scales will drop, my jeans will fit,
Each day I’ll smile and not quit.
This time I will do it, yes, you will see—
In 2025, a lot less of me!
